    Bait and switch, they offered a $2.99 intro rate but would not honor it. At least I got this response from their chat bot "Message from Paddy: Thanks, f$^% it, I will use one of your competitors instead, how can I delete my account? our support team will reach out to you via email shortly 📧.     The fact that it's indispensable is the problem. Because it's indispensable, it must work all the time, without fuss. It fails to do that. The extension is always acting up in one way or another, randomly. One day it's fine, the next day it won't load and I have to do a bunch of Googling, reinstallation, mucking with Chrome settings, yadda yadda. I have some sympathy with the authors, in that I strongly suspect the root cause is that Chrome really wants you to use THEIR password manager. Be...

    As a password manager - best I've used (not many - only Google Passwords, NordPass and this). My beef with this app, and why I've given this a 1*, is that I was on a business plan paid for my previous employer - I was one of their added users. Then, when I left I was removed from the business plan. I had moved all my personal passwords over to the account as well as the business's ones.
