    Thank you for your review and for letting us know about these issues. To explain why it sometimes stops working: our extension relies directly on the website structure of WhatsApp Web. Whenever WhatsApp updates their platform and changes their code, it can break the extension's logic. When this happens, we have to rewrite our code and publish a new update, which users then need to download. Regarding your other point, we have actually completely fixed the auto-translation feature in version 4.1.0. Please make sure your extension is updated to the latest version to try it out! If you find the extension useful and want to help us improve it for the future, we kindly ask that you reach out to our support email directly with any issues. Leaving a low rating on the Chrome Web Store hurts our visibility and complicates further development, whereas emailing us allows us to troubleshoot and fix bugs much faster for you.

    Thanks for the amazing feedback! I’m glad you’re finding it useful. Regarding the price: I created this as a free tool, but since I personally cover all the server and API costs, it becomes harder to keep it 100% free as more people join. I can’t guarantee it will stay free forever, but I’ll always do my best to keep it accessible for my users!

    best app. please make it ON as default .. no need to manually turn on for any new chat. I am working with Chinese, and everyone type in Chinese. no auto on
