The extension has ceased to work in popping up a transcript on a specific tab when I activate the extension. instead, it tells me to login. I click to login, it opens a tab where I login, but the original tab still is asking me to login.

I have been a loyal Otter Pro user for several years. I recently had to use an upgraded package due to the unusual length of the recording. I already had a balance of $60 or so on my account, this has disappeared. When I wanted to revert to my Pro Package my account was removed with no credit at all!
