It does what it's supposed to - therefore it gains one star. It gets another star for being basically one of the ONLY (if not THE only) extensions of this sort out there, that isn't riddled with malware and malicious code, like so many others that were flagged by Google before. Been using this for a year and almost a half. And its been pretty good plugin to count on. You can boost anything up to another 500% from normal tho it does display 600% but the default is already at 100% when you turn it on. Tho by 499% and up notice the audio quality will start to dip. Not to say its really bad on your ears, but it can become noticeable like small crackle or you could describe it as a fuss in the backdrop.
