    As someone said below, this defintely works. This is how you use it: 1. REFRESH the page once you install the extension. 2. Go to the extensions menu (click the extension from your list of extensions in chrome) 3. hit the SELECT CONVERSATION button (green button on the extension's menu). If you don't hit Select Conversation, the checkboxes will NOT appear! 4. Press bulk delete to delete the seleted conversations. Note that this only deletes the selected chats.     useless plugin, what is the point of it if you still have to manually click on each chat? bulk delete is not working no feature : bulk delete, except selected

    Worked great for me. Only thing I was confused about at first, is after bringing up the extension and selecting chats to delete, I had to bring up extension again to delete selected chats. Also the "Bulk Delete" button is a bit misleading, they should change it to "Delete Selected Chats" or something like that - I was worried that the button would delete everything regardless of what I selected. It doesn't.

    Defintely works- for those 1-starring this: 1. REFRESH the page once you install the extension, and 2. hit the SELECT CONVERSATION button (green button on the extension's menu). If you don't hit Select Conversation, the checkboxes will NOT appear! (the dev/s should perhaps write this somewhere- clearer instructions would avoid bad reviews!)

    Installed multiple times. Checkboxes do not appear. Finally got it to work by refreshing screen.
