this extension keeps on crashing my computer do not download

After the pandemic ended and we went back to in person teaching, I was not using it very much because my other team members did not have subscriptions and the school wasn't paying for one. Since I was paying out of pocket, I decided to cancel my subscription. 3 months later and multiple requests for cancellation sent to their support email, I have never received a response back and they continue to renew the subscription and bill me. You cannot just delete your account, you have to email them...

There is a terriable bug.When you edit an annotation/question/discuss on a webpage.when you go to an other webpage,the same annotation/question/discuss will come out when you wanna edit.But when you go to the webpage you have already edit an annotation/question/discuss,it just won;t come out automaticly.
