I like Folio - but in real estate it could use a few tweaks. I'm a manager and it is fabulous to click on one folder and have all correspondence in there. PLUS I don't have to go anywhere else for a date or phone number.

I love the customer support from Folio - Charmaine is there every step of the way for you! Folio timelines makes it easy for myself and my clients to keep track of their transactions. I love the calendar sync option and being able to check off my tasks daily! Thank you Folio!

I've been a user for 5 years or more now and love it. I'm able to set up my own templated timelines and easily make adjustments. It helps keep me on track during transactions and makes my life easier. Highly recommend if you're looking for a good system to keep your transactions organized.

I absolutely love this program. It totally keeps my on top of my transactions and my clients love it! They can check on the timeline whenever they want to see what is going on. I also love that fact that at the end of the transaction it will put all your emails together in a PDF that you can store with your transaction file. Highly recommend it.
