    In the scroll action, there is a box for the target. By default, documentElement will be selected. Any other dom element that is visible and scrollable should also appear in the select box.

    The M5 macbook pro probably has a better resolution and a higher pixel density so it takes more power to capture. But honestly, if you want the best framerate, you shouldn't use Chrome for recording. Just use the extension to build your scenario, press the play button and use Quicktime or your favorite screen capture tool for the recording.
