This tool started off well. Lately InTouch has not sent any of my invitations but has deleted the names from my list. At one point, InTouch support fixed the problem and was responsive. Now the problems have resurfaced and it has been over a month since I have heard from them. This gives the impression that they may not be a viable company that supports their product for much longer. For the connections work nicely but the messages are not being sent which is kind of the whole point

used to work great but I came back after a few months and now it does not send a note with messages, it misses the button also they don't let you cancel so make sure to use a virtual card you can cancel!
