Hi Christina, We are sorry to hear about your prompts disappearing. When you uninstall the extension or clear the local storage of your browser, your prompts will disappear. However, we offer cloud syncing so this is not a problem. Go to Settings > Cloud Syncing to set it up. We do not see an email from you, but if you have further questions, please don't hesitate to reach out at [email protected].
