    The DragApp has been the ideal solution for managing our team's shared inbox. The UX is great and has all the features we needed. We had already tired Hiver and were very dissatisfied with our experience, so we were relieved to find DragApp! It has been great so far.

    No, not a good intergration and once you sign up, they make it very difficult to leave. Smoke and mirrors and most reviews I see on G2 and possibly here are absolutely perfect reviews that summarize all the things they want you to say about the app. Have a look at those 5 star reviews...do people really write that way?
