According to our records, you actively used the extension for an extended period and then refunded your subscription. Following that, as a gesture of goodwill, we provided you with free premium access for nearly a year. The "lifetime premium" you describe as having "mysteriously disappeared" was never a lifetime plan you purchased — it was complimentary access granted by us, and that access has now ended. Leaving another negative review immediately after this free access expired suggests the issue is less about technical stability and more about a desire to continue receiving free premium. If you experience a genuine bug or performance problem, you're welcome to reach out through our support channel — we're always happy to investigate real issues. Free premium access, however, was never a standard entitlement but a one-time courtesy.
