    I’ve successfully paid for the subscription and received the confirmation. However, the app is still showing the free 60-minute status and I can't use the premium version.

    The app functioned well and transcribed my recordings accurately, however I paid for Premium Unlimited Access but the app said I used my 2400 minutes for the month and it wouldn't work after that. First of all it said UNLIMITED, and it wasn't. Second, I only had about 500 minutes of recordings to transcribe, not >2400 minutes. I sent a message to the app asking about this and got no response. So, false advertising and it doesn't count minutes accurately.

    Hi Demi — I replied to you privately via Gmail, but I also wanted to post here for anyone else who might be concerned. I’m really sorry that the extension stopped working. This was my mistake — during the latest release, I missed an important issue. The good news is that I’ve already fixed it. The new update has been pending review for a couple of days, and I expect it to be published and available to all users within 1–2 days. I am really sorry, but really in the latest version there was a bug, which caused an error in recording Hopefully, I found it and fixed it thanks to your feedback, starting from version 1.7.2 – everything is alright again!
