    Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. This can happen if the remaining files contain broken or expired links, which would prevent the download request from being completed successfully. Could you please check whether the remaining 16 links/attachments are still downloadable when you click on them manually ?

    The download button is designed to only appear once the extension identifies downloadable files. If the course doesn't have direct files attached, the button won't populate. Are you seeing specific files on the page that the extension is missing?
