"Terrible service from CVmatchly AI! 😡 I paid £19.99 on January 22nd, 2026, for a subscription ending February 22nd, 2026. The 'Analyze CV' and 'Optimize CV' features DON'T WORK - nothing happens when I click them. I've emailed customer service multiple times with NO RESPONSE 😐. Since I haven't used the app at all, I request a FULL REFUND by February 17th, 2026. I've been charged for a service I can't use. If I don't get my refund, I'll be taking further action."
