    First please be advised there isn't a live customer service you can verbally talk to. only AI bots and an agent via email which is honestly questionable as well. That is never a good thing when money and navigating software like this is involved. my second con was yes The trial draws you in but unless you're paying for the two highest plans you're in for a rude awakening! I made the huge mistake of upgrading to pro with 3 days left of my 7 day trial. comes out as soon as you upgrade you lose...
