Jun 15, 2026Hi, thanks for your feedback. We haven’t been able to reproduce this issue on our side, and the service is currently running normally. A “Network Error” is usually related to the user’s network environment, such as unstable connection, VPN/proxy usage, browser extensions blocking requests, or YouTube playback restrictions. You may try the following steps: * Switch network (WiFi / mobile hotspot) * Disable VPN or ad-block extensions * Refresh the page or reopen the video * Try a different browser If the issue still persists, feel free to send us the video link and we’ll take a closer look for you, or contact us at: [email protected]

Jun 10, 2026Thank you so much for your detailed feedback and the 5-star review! I’m really glad to hear that you find the extension useful. Regarding the occasional speed changes, this is actually expected in some cases, because the voice speed may be adjusted automatically to keep the audio synchronized with the video. As for downloading synchronized videos for offline viewing, I’m sorry that this feature is not supported due to potential legal and copyright risks. Thanks again for testing and supporting the extension!

Jun 9, 2026Hello, thank you for your 5-star review! The slower video playback is expected behavior. To keep the dubbed audio synchronized with the video, the extension needs to adjust the playback speed in both directions. As for PiP mode, I’ll try to add support for subtitles in the next version.

May 18, 2026Free users can watch up to 5 videos per day. If you exceed the limit, there will be a clear pop-up notification. Based on your description and recent user feedback, I suspect the issue is most likely that YouTube’s built-in subtitles are not working properly in your own environment, so our extension cannot work normally either. This depends on your local environment, not the paywall. Please first check whether YouTube’s built-in subtitles can be displayed normally. You can also try the following solutions: 1. Log out of your YouTube account 2. Restart your router to get a new IP address 3. Wait a few hours and try again
