    Really great extension for Airbnb hosts. Super useful insights, and the support + updates are really fast. Definitely worth pairing with Rankbreeze if you’re using Airbnb. Highly recommend it!

    Hi Nick, it appears that Airbnb has released a new update. We've already found a solution and have submitted a new version to Google's web store. An update should be available soon for you. Also, you can see when the extension is last updated from the extension listing page. Airbnb does make changes frequently & if you send a message to [email protected], that helps us resolve it faster. Give it another try this week. The new update should be up very soon

    Hi Sarah, an update is on the way & already been submitted for review by the Chrome Web Store. Please reach out to us first with issue instead of leaving a review. As you can see from the previous reviews, we always fix the issues. The new update should be available soon & it should automatically update on your browser. If not, remove the extension and add it back again from the Chrome store.

    Thank you for the review. We really appreciate it & every 5 star review helps! The team appreciates it. Version Update Coming: You might be speaking about the guest review feature. If so, we can confirm an update is being worked on and should be available this week. The issue has to do with new changes from Airbnb's end. You can likely see some of the guest reviews & some you are not able to. We are working on a fix & will release as soon as possible. If you've reached out to our support email ([email protected]) then we will let you know when it's been released. Otherwise, AirReview should automatically update after it's on the Chrome store.
