    Hi, it is an open source tool. So you would help other users if you open a ticket on the GitHub Repo and tell about your problems. With big DB you mean the amount of Integration Flows that are running? Because CPI-Helper does not block any DB Threads and only uses the same api calls that SAP uses. It even has throttling so that in case calls takes long, it waits longer. Also the calls are non blocking. Please open an issue on GitHub and send some example screenshots with the long calls and more details. You will help others. We often had the case that SAP support blames third party applications for their own problems.
