Let us clarify how synchronization works: When you log in on our website, a new storage area is created in your browser specifically for your account (this allows you to switch between multiple TimeYourWeb users in the same browser). On first login, your existing "free plan" data is copied into this new account and synced to timeyourweb.com. Only the data linked to your logged-in session is visible online. You can always reach us at [email protected] — this email is listed in the footer of our homepage and on the Terms and Agreement page. Please don’t hesitate to contact us.
